Matthew Hotsko LEED® AP
Matthew's area of expertise is primarily daylight simulation and lighting design. Paired with his experience in building energy modeling, he has done studies analyzing the interplay of daylight within energy and daylight models. Before joining SIlpa, he worked as a research assistant at the T.C. Chan Center for Building Simulation and Energy Studies. Recently he has been overseeing lighting assessment and design for several projects in India and the US. Matthew is a LEED Accredited Professional.
Mahabir Bhandari Ph.D, LEED® AP
Dr. Mahabir Bhandari is the senior energy analyst and LEED Accredited Professional for DesignBuilder Software and has over 15 years of experience in the field of energy performance of buildings. He provides training and technical support for DesignBuilder software for North American Customers. Dr.Bhandari obtained his Ph.D. degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, India. He has worked as a Guest Scientist at KFA Juelich Germany, as a Project Scientist at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, India and as a Senior Post Doctoral Fellow at the Mechanical Engineering Department of University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
Ravi Srinivasan MS(ENGG), MS(ARCH),(Ph.D),LEED® AP,CEM
Ravi Srinivasan is the Co-Founder and Technical Director of Silpa Inc and a LEED® Accredited Professional. His expertise is in LEED® Certification, building simulation & energy studies, sustainability & high performance strategies and augmented reality visualization. Previously, Ravi was the Project Coordinator for the University of Pennsylvanica Campus Sustainability Plan, the first ever campus sustainability plan at Penn. His expertise in LEED® comes from his previous experience in conducting LEED® training seminars, as well as managing the LEED® scope of various projects in the US and India as well as serving as for the Delware Valley Green Building Council. Ravi is a doctoral candidate at the University of Pennsylvania.
